Let's Plant Saplings

Let's Plant Saplings

‘‘WHE DID NOT INHERIT THIS WORLD FROM OUR ANCESTORS, WE ENTRUSTED IT TO OUR CHILDREN.”

When we think about its meaning, isn't it a beautiful sentence with a lot of meaning?

Although a globalized and industrialized world distances us from nature and makes us monotonous, I still think that there are things we can do for our environment for those who value the above sentence.

Rather than planting a sapling or complying with the garbage discipline when we go on a picnic, it seems like there is more we can do about the environment because we spend most of our time in factories and industries.

Even though we can't take a sapling and plant it;

  • Do not leave a mask we use to the environment and throw it into the appropriate waste,
  • To prevent waste by turning off unnecessary lamps in our working environment,
  • Wrapping a product as much as necessary without wasting it,

     IT SEEMS TO BE EQUAL TO PLANTING A SEEDING.

    Considering the sentence above, it would not be wrong to say that every evil we do to nature is an evil we do to our children.

    Say what?

    I started with a sentence that I love very much, I want to end my article with a sentence that I love very much.

       "If you have a tree sapling, even if the apocalypse begins, if you have time to plant it, be sure to plant it.” Hz. Muhammad (pbuh)

                                            COME LET'S PLAN A SEEDLING

Planting trees is the best gift to nature. Bringing a sapling to the soil and making it grow is one of the most important tasks we have to do for ourselves and our children's future.

Forests provide most of the oxygen necessary for our survival. According to the researches, an adult pine tree converts the carbon dioxide that 40 people give to the air in an hour into oxygen in 1 hour. 1 hectare of pine forest produces 30 tons of oxygen per year.

Forests are not just a source of oxygen. Forests prevent erosion and drought, many products are obtained from their branches, leaves and stems, they hold water with their roots, prevent the formation of floods, reduce noise, and have positive effects on our physical and mental health. When we consider all these benefits, we can better understand the importance of protecting forests and planting trees.

Tree planting activities are increasing in order to create forest areas around us. You can go to the nearest region and plant a sapling, accompany your child to this sacred duty and contribute to a clean air. You can start a new life by planting even a single sapling.
